Slow gentle movement to enhance, sustain, and restore strength and flexibility

Class is typically held 9:30am-10:30am on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays

with the exception of the Third Friday of the month (class held on Thursday before the 3rd Friday)

Winter Session:   January 5, 2015-March 13, 2015-$50   (or $3 per class)

Spring Session:  March 16, 2015-May 22,2015-$50  (or $3 per class)
